Dr. Pfleghaar (Dr. Jen) attended medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then went on to residency at St Vincent’s Mercy Medical Center for Emergency Medicine. Dr. Jen spent one year flying with Life Flight as a flight physician. She graduated from the Arizona College of Integrative Medicine 2 year Fellowship. She now works at local emergency rooms in the community while seeing patient in her office. Dr. Jen has been featured on the local Podcast Thrive Tribe 419, a guest on Rebecca Regnier’s Full Plate (WTVG 13 abc), and has lectured at the Way Public Library. Her own health history of Hashimoto’s and having children sparked her interest in Integrative Medicine. She healed her Hashimoto's through diet and supplements. She is very passionate about helping patients with chronic disease and letting our body heal itself. Dr. Jen is a Certified Yoga Instructor 200 hr with Aura Wellness Center and Kids Yoga with Yogafit. Her hobbies include spending time with her husband and three children, yoga, running, paddle boarding on the Maumee river and reading all things.

Over the course of the last 15 years Beth has had the honor of working with clients with various medical conditions to restore and maintain their natural equilibrium. She believes strongly in the ability of the body to heal itself with facilitation of intuitive & integrative therapies. As a Massage Therapist specializing in Foot Reflexology, it is her passion to learn, educate and facilitate awareness of human form & function and share clinical knowledge on the benefits of reflexology and therapeutic work. Beth has been humbled by her experience with those who seek bodywork for their mental, physical and emotional needs. She enjoys bringing balance & harmony back into peoples lives through this healing art.
Eden attended Bowling Green State University Bachelor of Dietetics, RDT (Registered Dietitian Tech) She is Current Director of Nutrition at Mercy Defiance Hospital doing nutrition consults for patients. Eden studied food for 4 years in undergrad, and have been a plant based vegan for almost 3 years. She is constantly thinking about food, and nutrition and seeing how life changing it can be for some people. Eden has a huge passion for healthy lifestyles, and believe food is one of the biggest parts of that! Eden's biggest loves in life, besides food and nutrition, are her family, her boyfriend, their dog, travel, and photography! She love being outdoors and traveling to new places whenever she can. Eden also owns her own wedding photography business.

Jenny Mowrer holds a Master of Education degree and was a classroom teacher in the public schools for many years. She obtained all her Reiki certifications through Reiki Rays of Hope in Mentor, OH. Jenny is a Reiki Master Teacher whose lineage can be traced through William Rand and Mikao Usui. She has studied energy and energy work for many years and wants to help people better understand how they can take charge of their energy bodies through a variety of methods which leads to better health in the physical body. Helping people be proactive in their health is a passion of Jenny’s.
Jenny is a certified Food Over Medicine instructor through Wellness Forum Health in Columbus, OH. She offers classes that help people learn how to better take charge of their health through diet. She is a certified hula hoop instructor through Hoop Love Coaching. She teaches group and individual classes. Jenny is also a certified life coach from Inspirational Life Coaching.
In her spare time she enjoys gardening, biking, walking her dog, trying new plant-based recipes and blogging about them.

Sara graduated from The Ohio State University in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. While she was a student, she worked with a manual therapist in an outpatient private practice which commenced her journey of education in manual therapy and orthopedics. While working as a young orthopedic therapist 24 years ago, she began taking many courses with the Upledger Institute in craniosacral therapy, somato-emotional release, and brain imagery. In addition, she studied with Irene’s Myomassology Institute, learning other alternative manual therapy techniques. In 2015, she completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University. She has also received certifications in Dry Needling and Active Release Techniques (ART). Sara absolutely loves working with people and utilizing her hands to help others integrate their mind, body and spirit connection while healing.
Recently married (2015), Sara and her husband have a Brady Bunch of 4 kids (ages 13, 15, 21, and 26). Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, running, attending her kid’s activities, triathlons, traveling, and cooking.

Chloe has been a therapy dog for 4 years with Therapy Dogs International, TDI. She has participated at the Way public Library Read to the Dogs and Rossford Library Read to the Dogs. She also has visited hospital rooms and nursing homes. Chloe’s claim to fame is calming down a young female on the airplane that was having an anxiety attack- she saved the day! Chloe loves to make others smile and feel calm. Her hobbies include barking at the mailman and UPS driver, riding in the Kayak with her mom, boat rides with the family, licking everyone and napping.
